Timeline

After receiving your confirmation number, deliver your lacrosse head by the method you selected, whether drop-off or shipping. Once we receive the lacrosse head we will try our best to finish the head in 1-2 business days depending on workload. If you need your lacrosse head as soon as possible and want to ensure speedy delivery, you can select rush during check out. Rush will cost $5, but will ensure that we finish your lacrosse head and start the return process the day we receive your lacrosse head. Once completed, we will return the head to you by your selected method. We expect the process to range from 3 days to 10 days depending on the method of delivery.
